Blog 6 - Advisory Prep

1.      What has worked well for you concerning senior project this year?  What has made it a positive experience for you?  

1.      The positive experience that I’m getting throughout the school year so far is seeing people’s faces when I tell them my topic. They find it interesting that someone is going this topic which it encourages me to actually strive for a better knowledge and go in depth with the Interior Design. This also gives me pressure because that means I need to work hard and know everything to make this experience worth it but also have a senior presentation worth going to.

2.      What are you finding difficult concerning senior project?  How can you adapt to make that portion work better for you?  How might the senior team help?

1.      Having a mentor that in all the way in City of Industry and I’m located about 20-30 minutes away from it makes it difficult to go offend. I’m trying to see if someone knows a mentor closer to my area so the commute can be easier and I can start to establish that bond with my mentor. I’m also a little worried about the independent component because it may be difficult for me to do something in this topic so if anyone has ideas with helping on that it would be great.
