Blog 21 - Fourth Interview Questions

Natural lighting is giving the perception of bright on the white and makes the black and grey accent colors. 

  1. Who do you plan to interview?  What is this person's area of expertise?
    1. I want to interview a designer located in Moreno Valley. He has been designing for a while but he also does his own work. He also works out in Burbank when he can but he does this as a hobby. His job however ties in with designer since he is a store manger but works on the flow of the store a lot more than the other responsibilities. 
  2. Post 20 open-ended questions you want to ask an expert in the field concerning your senior project. Your focus should be finding answers to your EQ.
    1. How can an interior designer blend the client's ideas with his own to create a professional result? 
    2. How can an interior designer create an aesthetically pleasing and functional environment?
    3. What is the main purpose of color? Why? 
    4. Do you think that the placements of items is important?
    5. What do you think is the most important element as a designer? 
    6. How would you define professional result?
    7. What factor is more important in design; the communication of graphic design, the environmental placement between personalities, or the use of color that is affected by lighting? Why? 
    8. What allows you to always keep the client satisfied?
    9. What type of style do you work with? 
    10. How does the personality of the client affect the project itself? 
    11. How would you define interior design?
    12. How does a designer know exactly what the client wants? 
    13. Does client's needs and wants make it difficult to understand the project? 
    14. Makes you different and stand out from other designers?  
    15. What type of schemes you tend to work? Why? 
    16. How are you able to put your own ideas in a project and still make the client satisfied? 
    17. What are some real life scenarios that you have experienced? 
    18. Would you define yourself as a professional designer? Why? 
    19. Is communication on small decisions really needed? 
    20. What is the main reason why a project would go wrong? What is the reason why a project had a great outcome?
