This is one of the popular magazines that Interior Designers love to look at to get inspirations. |
- Describe in detail what you plan to do for your 30 hours.
- I plan to do the process as if my parents were the clients and I was designing the house. I would be doing the floor plans for the house look into places that will give the cheapest material to fix the house. I’ll also do color schemes for the house to see how everything will look on the inside (elevation sketches in the inside.) I’ll have a budget to work with and fix what I can within that amount and then present it to my parents to see if they will approve the project or decline on remodeling the house.
- Discuss how or what you will do to meet the expectation of showing 30 hours of evidence.
- I’ll be doing in depth sketches for the whole inside of the house and also do elevations on the inside of the house. I’ll have inspiration boards to show were I got my ideas and from there also from coloring the floor plans with the color schemes that will go with the house. I’ll also print out the information on where I would get the materials and how much of the materials I would need.
- Explain how what you will be doing will help you explore your topic in more depth.
- It’ll also me to understand the process what an Interior Designer goes through when dealing with a project. Many go through this process and have to do it multiple types until the client agrees with that the designer presents them.
- Update your Senior Project Hours log.
- I’ll update my log every time I work on a part of this process. I’ll be updating it and adding the hours correctly and if possible I’ll like to have my mentor review my work and progress if he has the time to do so.
Ooooooh! I really hope that you get to actually do a room. Do you think it's likely? That would be great! The evidence for this will be really fun to show off : )
